Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh State University in Aligarh today. The inauguration will take place at 12 PM which will be followed by the PM's address on the occasion. Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath and UP Governor Anandiben Patel will also be present on the ocassion.
